Ann Joo Resources Bhd affirmed its breach of the 200-day simple moving average (SMA) yesterday as it extended a rally for a fifth straight day.
On the back of increased buying interest, the stock is angling higher towards a resistance at RM1.53, and next resistance of RM1.97.
The technical indicators have moved into overbought territory, but is expected to stay aloft given the pick up in bullish sentiment.
The slow-stochastic is ascending at 86 points while the 14-day relative strength index (RSI) has shot up to 88 points.
Support for the stock is found at RM1.06 and 94 sen.
Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd shot up past a recent trading high to indicate a new higher leg of its rally.
The share price is outpacing the SMA lines with a steep ascending trend line indicating growing bullishness. Resistance is seen at RM1.65 and RM2.04.
Looking at the technical indices, the slow-stochastic has crossed into overbought conditions at 88 points while the RSI has also crossed the overbought line at 79 points.

UWC Bhd snuck past the uppermost 21-day SMA line yesterday to suggest growing bullish sentiment.
A rebound, which began earlier this week, started slow but has since picked up speed as the stock attempt to reclaim a recent closing high of RM4.53.
A successful breach could see the stock rise to a psychological resistance of RM5.
There is healthy momentum on the indicators, with the slow-stochastic at 57 points and the RSI at 61 points.
The MACD is also on the verge of a positive crossing with the signal line, which should signal further investor interest.
Support for the counter can be found at RM3.92 and RM3.60.
